“ Wow, there are so many places to eat in Nashville but this is definitely one of the best we’ve been too. The restaurant is inside Embassy Suites by Hilton and the whole experience here was made better because of this hotel, including the restaurant. I recommend the Ahi Appetizer, steak salad, and Brussels sprouts with honey, paired with a Pinot Grigio. Great dinner! ”

“ Wow. Just wow. Five star five diamond. Had a great appetizer butratta mmmmmm a couple of cocktails. Diplimatico. Austin the bartender walked me through the whole service. Got a bone in NY and I gotta say normally I don't like NY this was was as good if not better than any ribeye. Will definitely be back. Creamy horseradish asparagus. The manager Sam checked on me. Gotta say first class. Guy even put on my game for me. Said hey the bartender said you went to Maryland and then he put on the Maryland game. Talk about discover and delighting. ”

“ Hand Cut Chophouse is one of the best restaurants in Nashville in my opinion! The food was delicious, drinks were amazing and the service was out of this world! We had William as our server and he was amazing! I had the Black Truffle Coulotte which was probably one of the best steaks I have ever had. My boyfriend had the Bone-In New York strip which he said was one of the best cuts of steak he has ever had. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting downtown Nashville! ”

“ A stylish, sensory-rich dining experience in the heart of Nashville. Hand Cut Nashville delivers far more than just a great steak—though the filet with truffle butter was cooked to perfection. The evening began with beautifully crafted cocktails (the smoked Old Fashioned is a must), followed by vibrant starters like the ahi tar tar and beets with burrata—each dish plated with care and packed with flavor. The sides impressed too: crispy sweet potato fries with house BBQ and honey garlic Brussels sprouts with bacon. Live music set the tone, and dessert—sweet potato bread pudding with whiskey caramel—wrapped it all up on a warm, indulgent note. “ A nice atmosphere and a pretty tasty steak. A bit pricey for the experience IMO. They were out of T-bone steaks. They fries were supposed hand cut, but they were nothing exceptional and overly salted...looked to be standard fare, not hand cut. Ordered a dirty martini, got regular olives then found out they had blue cheese ones which were never offered. Small stuff, but it adds up. Live music if you like that. ”

“ Made a reservation for our 4 year wedding anniversary. We requested a table close to live music and they honored it with an amazing front table. The ambiance and restaurant was really nice, the live music on Saturday night was really nice as well, our server Maria was wonderful, she really made it a special night for us even getting us a free glass of nice champagne. The food was good but not perfect, filet mignon was cooked perfect just a little too much grill char on the outside kind of ruined the flavor but was still a great steak and the balsamic pasta was good but just a little to heavy on the balsamic, without the chicken add on it would've been rough. The butter cake was delicious. Their drinks were really nice, especially the waffle cone old fashioned. Overall opinion? For what you are paying the kitchen could try a little harder in the quality control area.The front of house staff is friendly, helpful and fun. The atmosphere and ambiance are great.
